How to clean your felt slippers?

Why should I learn to clean felt slippers?
We Nepali people often aren’t familiar with wool products, and cleaning them can be confusing. Felt slippers, unlike other shoes, require special care and can’t be washed the usual way. Learning how to clean and maintain them is essential to keep them in great condition, extending their life and preserving their unique qualities.
HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE WOOLLYFELT SLIPPERS
Wool naturally cleans itself, so your Woollyfelt slippers will stay fresh if you just air them out regularly.
To remove stains, gently clean the spot with a slightly damp cloth and wool soap. You might need to repeat this a few times, but always let the slippers dry completely before trying again.
Dust off your Woollyfelt slippers by vacuuming or blowing them clean. Leather soles can be brushed gently with a leather brush.
Clean rubber soles with a wet cloth and let them dry properly after wiping.
Be careful—natural rubber or leather soles can be slippery on wet or icy surfaces like tiles.
All our slippers are made from 100% pure wool, so there might be slight color differences between different batches.
Woollyfelt slippers may shed a little during the first few weeks of use, which is normal. Just remove the loose fibers and enjoy the lasting comfort for years ahead.
