- We are pleased to offer FREE shipping all over Nepal for all orders. That’s right! No matter where you are in the our Country, you can enjoy our high-quality handmade felt products without worrying about shipping costs. We work with trusted courier companies such as Pathao Parcel to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, while bulk or custom orders may take up to 15 days to ship.
Returns and Refunds:
We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope that you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at woollyfelt2021@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. The cost of shipping for the return is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at woollyfelt2021@gmail.com and send your item to: tokha road 3, bhutkhel park.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: tokha road 3, bhutkhel park.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
